North Texas Sign & Stamp, LLC provides notary public, loan signing, and related mobile notary services in accordance with Texas state law. We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice. If you need legal guidance, please consult a licensed attorney.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth notarization process, clients agree to:

• Provide valid, government-issued photo identification.
• Ensure that documents are complete prior to notarization (notaries cannot draft or prepare documents for you).
• Confirm that all signers are present, willing, and mentally capable of signing.
• Schedule appointments in advance and arrive on time.

3. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• Identification is invalid, expired, or cannot be verified.
• The signer is unwilling, under duress, or unable to communicate understanding.
• The request violates Texas notary law.

4. Payments & Cancellations

• Fees are clearly stated before services are provided.
• Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
• Travel or convenience fees may apply for mobile services.

5. Confidentiality

All documents and personal information are handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with Texas notary laws. We do not share your information except when required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise the utmost care in performing notarial acts, North Texas Sign & Stamp, LLC is not responsible for:

• The legal validity of documents beyond the notarial act.
• Delays or issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or improperly prepared documents.
• Decisions made by third parties (e.g., lenders, title companies, or government agencies) regarding your documents.

7. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or misuse website content.
• Use the website for unlawful purposes or spam communications.

We make no guarantees about the availability or uninterrupted use of the website.
